John Walker has over 35 years of leadership experience in the healthcare, technology, and distribution industries, including 14 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. John started Perfect Output, LLC in 1997, and since that time, Perfect Output has successfully secured a number of business-to-business contracts, national and large regional accounts, and manages an equipment, consumables, and services portfolio of over 30,000 document output devices and over 50,000 device parts and consumables, deployed and maintained throughout the United States, and he has grown its revenue to an estimated $43 Million.
John truly has an entrepreneurial mind, and it is this thought process that helped him find a unique niche within the document output service sector. He saw a vital need within organizations to manage printing costs, realizing that efficient management of printing/scanning/copying/faxing would result in significant savings.He is also deeply committed to developing people, helping them grow and stretch their expectations of what is possible for them to achieve. John receives tremendous satisfaction in mentoring others, and always encourages new approaches and not limiting possibilities.

President & COO
Farrah Walker has over 23 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning and management of corporate training programs, printing technology products, workflow processes, market development, and business growth, with national and local organizations in various industries.
Farrah continues to maintain, strengthen, and grow national supplier and distributor relationships across the organization, while evaluating new opportunities to create even more valuable document-related management solutions for both federal and corporate clients. She is accountable for developing and communicating long- and short-term corporate goals and objectives, which promote company culture, vision, and strategic partnerships.
Under Farrah's leadership, Perfect Output, LLC expanded beyond Business-to-Business products and services to Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer e-commerce markets and led Perfect Output to become the third company of to be awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract for Office- and Janitorial Supplies.
Vice President, Human Resources
Cynthia Raven possesses over 33 years of business experience, and over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Earlier in her career, she developed, designed, led, and managed the first ever Career Resource Center for over 1200 employees.
Currently, Ms. Raven is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for Perfect Output, and while she is an experienced HR Generalist, she has additional expertise in training and development, employee benefits, employee relations, leadership, and coaching.
Asya Evans has worked in corporate accounting, marketing, and sales for over 22 years. During her career, she has been responsible for managing corporate certification programs, accounting P&L policies and procedures, sales and marketing, client relations, and employee training programs with national, regional and local organizations.
Mrs. Evans has accountability for the daily operations of LaserEquipment, including, overseeing and directing several department managers, setting goals for performance and growth, managing partners and vendor relationships, and developing and communicating operations strategies and policies that promote company culture, vision, and objectives.
Chief Financial Officer
Tonya Mourning is a highly efficient, enthusiastic, and dedicated executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and business operations across a vast array of industries. Prior to Perfect Output, Ms. Mourning served as the CFO and Sr. Vice President of Finance & Human Resources for the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
Throughout her career Ms. Mourning has provided consultation to non-profits in the Greater Kansas City, while rendering a multiplicity of services to numerous small businesses in the area. She has also served as the Director of Accounting for Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas preceded by her tenure at Community Living Opportunities, Inc. non-profit as the Director of Finance. Ms. Mourning holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, both earned at Avila University.

Chuck Mason has over 30 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in printing, managed print services and outsourcing management. He supports the sales and marketing efforts as Perfect Output continues to provide world class document management service offerings to our client base.
