The California Public Utlities Commission verifies the eligibility of women, minority, and LGBT-owned business enterprises for certification and enters verified businesses and disabled veteran-owned enterprises into a database provided monthly to participating utilities.

SAM allows users to search for and verify that Perfect Output is a current U.S. Government Contract Holder and is MBE, SDB, VOSB, and CPUC certified by the appropriate entities.
