We would like to provide an update on how Perfect Output, LLC is responding to the COVID-19 virus. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by COVID-19, their families and the community, working to keep the virus from spreading any further.
The safety and health of our employees is very important to us, along with maintaining and meeting the needs of our customers. We are open for business and functioning, to help with all your workplace needs. At this time we are only experiencing a supply shortage on the following supplies: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes/cleaners, thermometers and masks. We do intend to keep our production line moving, our service team ready to assist, and our delivery driver is still delivering. Those employees that can, will continue to work remotely. Our teams, who are working in the office, are practicing all of the federal guidelines for social distancing and continue to clean and disinfect, regularly.
We aim to make sure our customers do not see a change in business. We will still be answering calls, as they forward to our cell phones, as well as answering emails. There may be a small delay in returning calls, but all calls will be returned within 24 hours. We are continuing to process orders and make deliveries. We continue to monitor the situation, and are working with all our department managers to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our operations and our employees.
